JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Business Unit in order to achieve the Division’s Objectives
and facilitates the smooth operations of the same in an efficient and professional manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Coordinates meetings for the Unit/business and follows through on actions point to closure.
- Update the relevant managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist the management team/staff with various projects.
- Orders the required stationery and office supplies for the Business Unit
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Management or related field,
- Three (3) years working experience in a relatable role.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS & SPECIALISED TECHNIQUES
- Excellent Time Management and Customer Service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Must have a meticulous attention to detail.
