Responsibilities:
- Provides customer with appropriate standard information requested.
- Derives all necessary information from customer to update database
- Understands when to seek help and/or escalate to a more senior role
Requirements:
- 3 or more CXCS including English Language
- Must be able 100% flexible
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Call Center experience required
