Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare observation reports for HOD’s
  • Conduct on-the-job training
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external training
  • Assist in conducting new employee orientation
  • Assist in coordinating summer internship program
  • Other administrative duties assigned

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • BSC Hotel & Tourism Management
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry
  • Customer Service certification
  • Proven work experience as a Trainer or Teacher
  • Familiarity with adult training methods
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
