Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare observation reports for HOD’s
- Conduct on-the-job training
- Assist in coordinating internal and external training
- Assist in conducting new employee orientation
- Assist in coordinating summer internship program
- Other administrative duties assigned
Qualification and Experience:
- BSC Hotel & Tourism Management
- At least 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry
- Customer Service certification
- Proven work experience as a Trainer or Teacher
- Familiarity with adult training methods
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
