Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer experience by providing product information and processing orders.
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills in every interaction and ensure timely, one-call resolution with customers.
- Effectively de-escalate customer issues using empathy and conflict resolution skills.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 CSEC subjects inclusive of English A/B and a Numerical Subject
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Solid computer skills including internet knowledge (such as basic searching and queries) and some email.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Must be 18 years and older
- Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Driver’s License)
