Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer experience by providing product information and processing orders.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills in every interaction and ensure timely, one-call resolution with customers.
• Effectively de-escalate customer issues using empathy and conflict resolution skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 CSEC subjects inclusive of English A/B and a Numerical Subject
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid computer skills including internet knowledge (such as basic searching and queries) and some email.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
• Must be 18 years and older
• Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Driver’s License)
