We  are seeking an experienced Work-from-home & Work-on-site Advisor to educate customers

on products/services and guide them on reserving the ideal car tailored to suit their needs

while meeting goals and giving exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Managing large amounts of incoming calls in a friendly and helpful manner
• Responding to inquiries from customers about the availability and cost of vehicles as well as taking reservations from service departments and external customers
• Assist customers with their inquiries on future reservations or anything on the account’s

We require that you have:

• Customer service related HEART Level-II Certificate or minimum of four (4) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer service/sales/reservations. Experience in the BPO industry would be an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
