Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

  • Extensive knowledge of food & beverage operations
  • Participation in the development of the annual budget for the department
  • The ability to manage stress and long working hours
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Being highly motivated, self-directed and results driven

Qualifications and Experience:

  • First Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • At least five years’ management experience in fine dining restaurants
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
