Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:
- Extensive knowledge of food & beverage operations
- Participation in the development of the annual budget for the department
- The ability to manage stress and long working hours
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Being highly motivated, self-directed and results driven
Qualifications and Experience:
- First Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- At least five years’ management experience in fine dining restaurants
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
