Birth Certificates
Individuals may need a certified birth certificate to apply for legal, visa or travel purposes, for proof of citizenship or identification , or for personal records. You can initiate your request by completing the Request Form to the right of this page. Once you submit this form on-line, a Research Consultant will investigate and respond via email within 24 hours (10:00am – 6:00pm local time, Tuesday – Friday).
